Our client requires a Smart Meter Software Engineer to join an expanding IT team on a large Smart meter implementation based in London, UK.

The Smart Meter Software Engineer will be responsible for the:
- Design and developing a variety of tools for supervising the system, to enable easy overview of missing or invalid meter values, to send commands to meters, to send request of service to allow error handling of meters in the field.
- Develop and deploy a web service allowing integration from the Smart metering system to the core system.
- Produce statistics reports.
- Create interface between supplier and customer regarding demands of services.
- Establish automatic handling of services such as disconnection and reconnection of meters, etc.
- Creating interface between AMR-operators and the field work system, enabling sending demands of services of specific meters from the core system.
