This is an entry-level position for those who want to be involved in the electricity measurement and energy related industry.

In line with our clients plans for expansion, they are looking for an independent and pro-active candidate who can think laterally to "make things happen".

Job Description:

- Coordinate the planning and implementation of metering and communications technology for new and potential sales projects.

- Work together with the Sales & Marketing teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate for the companies products, in both hardware and software.

- Develop the technical response for new tenders and RFIs.

- Create application notes for new technology and niche customer requirements.

- Provide technical expertise and training to sales teams and customers.

- Coordinate with R&D to initiate proposals for new projects, to translate customer requirements into new developments.

- Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

- Proven relevant work experience will be an added advantage.

- Possess a good understanding of electronics, software and communications technologies.

- Self-motivated, career-minded, analytical, meticulous and able to multi-task.

- A good team player, and also able to work independently with focus on work goals and objectives.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Be able to travel overseas and work well with international colleagues.
