Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational metering services delivery in the Water market, based in London.
The operations Manager will be responsible for:
- driving business segment operational service delivery for specific water metering services, involving full P&L responsibility and specific customer relationship accountability.
- managing the operational take-on of major new business and migrate into business as usual over the agreed transition programme timeline, ensuring achievement of operational KPIs.
- leading and managing the drive for continuous operational efficiency and improvement, idenitfying Industry best practice and fully utilising best practice frameworks such as EFQM across the specific business segment function, ensuring support tools are effectively set-up to aid the continual drive for a culture of operational excellence and improvement.
- managing the supply chain relationship management appropriate for the specific business segment function
– driving performance and partner engagement to support service delivery, in-conjunction with Contract Management & Procurement.
The successful candidate will have a Degree in business, technical or marketing related discipline.
Solid experience in a senior Operational role, including operational transformation.
